What is the minimum order?

• We have no minimum order for each piece/type. However, a full 20 ft shipping container (30 m3 cubic meter) is recommended for shipping cost effectiveness.

• For LCL (Less than Container Load) orders, the minimum volume should be 2 m3 (Cubic Meter). The price for LCL will be Ex-factory; it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping from our factory to your delivery address.

• If you prefer airfreight, we can arrange so at the customers cost.

 

What is the production time?

• Normally, our standard production time per container is sixty days. For order less than a container, the standard production time is one month maximum. This depends on the items ordered, designs and quantity ordered.

 

What if I wish to order custom designs?

• To meet the furniture trends and market demands, we also accept custom design. Our furniture designers are capable to help you in designing different styles of furniture based on your requirements and provide you 3-dimentional images for approval.

• If you have a particular design in mind, send us a high resolution picture of the product along with dimensions, we can reproduce the same for you.

 

How do I order from 3SIXTY?

• Browse our catalogues and select the designs of your choice. Send us an email with the selected products (Item Code), we will reply to you with 48 hours with the pricing.

• For custom design, send us the picture and dimensions, our designers will help you with the designs and provide you with 3D images for approval.

• Once the items are finalized, we will send you a pro forma invoice with full details of billing.

• Once the order is confirmed, a 50% deposit of the actual invoice value is required to start production.

• We will inform you once the production of your order is complete; a full settlement of the remaining payment is required before shipping.

• All shipping documents related to your order will be sent to you. Our staff will follow up and keep in touch with you till the shipment reaches its destination.

 

Who will handle the shipping?

• Shipping will be done by third party reputable cargo agents / freight forwarders.  We can either recommend our regular agents or go with your preferred choice of forwarders. We will of-course help you choose a cost effective forwarder.

 

Can I visit the factory before and after ordering?

• We pride ourselves on service; we welcome you to visit us, if you wish to visit our factories before you order or after confirmation of your order. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to help you plan your trip and organize the visit.

 

How about the pricing?

• Our pricing will be the most competitive in the market.

• We have two types of pricing:

  • Ex-factory price is based on delivering the product from the factory with standard packing & marking. (Additional approximate cost of $300 for a 20ft container for trucking fee, fumigation, and other local costs)

  • FOB (Semarang Port) price includes standard packing & marking, trucking fee, fumigation and all other local costs.

 

Who is responsible for the taxes / import duties?

• Every country imposes its own taxes, duties and other administrative fees. Customers are encouraged to contact their local postal service or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes and insurance. 3SIXTY is not responsible for duties or taxes charged by the local government.

 

What are the payment terms & conditions?

• For ease of payment, we prefer payment through Bank telegraphic transfers (TT) to our designated account in US$.

• Payment terms – 50% advance on confirmation of the order, the balance payment of 50% should be done once the shipment effected (upon Faxing / Emailing Complete copy Shipping Documents)

• Payment by Letter of Credit (LC) for large orders more than one container.

• For ease and cost effective ways to transfer of funds, we recommend Bank TT payments.

 

What is the purchase guarantee offered?

• If there are any damages due to the manufacturer’s fault (Not including damage during shipping), the damaged item will be replaced or payment refunded provided the claim is brought to our notice within 7 days of arrival at the port of destination.

• Delay in claim submission will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, based on the merit of the claim.

• The purchase guarantee applies to claims against our product shipped to you with the following conditions:

  • Wood failure resulting in the inability of the products to be used, even after competent repair.

  • Wood joints and/or connections are broken.

  • Non-wood hardware is missing or broken.

• Claims for problems are failure of non-wood components to be substantiated by photographs or images in same manner as for wood claims.

• All claims are processed within one week of receipt with a decision on claim given within 10 days of receipt.

• Any claim is possibly rejected if:

• The claim is not connected to purchasing & shipment data.

  • The claim is late.

  • No photograph and / or digital images are supplied.

  • No explanatory data is supplied with the image.

• Our guarantee is for replacement of goods or cash / credit against future orders and does not include any other cost such as freight, re-stocking or other charges.
