We also specialise in constructing high quality, exclusive hardwood timber structures that are pre-fabricated at our factory in Central Java and re-installed at client sites. Our pre-fabricated structures have ben used as high end private residences and luxury resorts all around the world.

DESIGN
We can either work on custom designs provided by client's architect or choose from some of our existing designs. We also have a team of designers who are proficient in using the latest CAD and 3D imaging software, can assist you realise a dream design of your own. We can even send our experts to the site location for site inspection if required.
MATERIAL
Based on your choice, we can produce your required structure using Teak (Tectona Grandis), Mahgony (genus Swietenia), Merbau (Intsia Bijuga I.palembanica - hardwood known in Australia, as Kwila) or Binkarai (Shorea Laevifolia) or a combination of the above.
CONSTRUCTION
Our pre-fabricated structures are made combining traditional Indonesian joinery techniques with contemporary construction systems, which make our structures extremely durable and easy to re-assemble at client locations.
PRE-FABRICATION
Once the structure is completely assembled in the factory and approved by the client, the structure is dismantled, labeled, catalogued and prepared for shipping.
INSTALLATION
Once shipped, the structure can easily be re-constructed at the project location using local staff. We can also send our experts to supervise the re-construction at the project location if required.
